Founded in 2009,
Tecmatix is a start-up
company capitalizing on decades of business experience in Syria. Our ambition
is to become:

Portfolio
- Aleppo Municipality: Software development
project to automate the process of issuing the municipality's Building Regulations
form. This form, requested both in-house at the municipality and by ordinary citizens
is a key document containing detailed regulatory information on every parcel of
land in Aleppo. The solution is a multi-user database system taking into account
the various user roles and municipality departments that need access to the system
to perform the job. Given the sensitive nature of the information contained in the
Building Regulations form and the potentially severe consequences in case of unauthorized
data access and/or manipulation, information security is a top priority and is accounted
for in every phase of development in addition to an after-deployment security plan
to be presented as part of the solution.
- National Earthquake Center: Technical Support Agreement for NEC's nationwide Digital Seismic
Network, which is composed of various field stations
spread all over the country in remote areas and inter-connected via telemetry. These
stations record and transmit seismic data on a 24/7 basis. These data are centrally
acquired and analyzed at NEC's head office in Damascus in real-time.
- Al-Jazeera University, Deir El-Zor: Supply and installation of
the Hydraulics Lab at the Faculty of Engineering.
- Other customers include the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre in
Damascus, Faculty of Architecture at Damascus University, Directorate of Water Resources
in Idleb.
